Medley is owned and operated by chefs Wilks and Colleen Medley and is located on the Taos Ski Valley road, Medley is where Tim’s OBL used to be.
Gone are the ponchos on the lawn with bonfires, but they do have an outdoor patio with a fire pit for those cool nights when a fire is just right. There’s also a wine store that’s a great stop when you get to town.
Whether in the bar or the dining room, the food reminds you of a New York fine dining experience, but without the price tag.

This seasonal menu features great New Mexico flavors with an elegant spin.
The double-cut pork chop and steak frite dishes are delicious, and you'll find a wine list that pairs well with anything on the menu. If you're looking for options that are a little less fancy, try the grass-fed burger.
For starters try the mac & cheese with hatch chiles and the crispy brussel sprouts with parmesan cheese, chili and bacon.
